FREE Public Presentations

Every year, PhloxADR and it's sponsors hold a week of Mediation across the country joined my prominent ADR organizations throughout the world. ADR professionals come together to promote and show case Mediation.

Mediation is a dispute resolution process where a neutral trained 3rd party helps resolve a dispute between parties. These parties can be a business, ministry, personal or family who have a dispute. The focus is to assist the parties to negotiate an amicable resolution without taking away your options or your choices. The outcome is a written formal agreement that settles the entire matter without the use of a courtroom.

This year we will have a special topic on the ABA 2011 Resolution 108 which is how the American Bar Association has called for all lawyers, bar associations, government entities, etc. "to set a high standard for civil discourse as an example for others in resolving differences constructively and without disparagement of others".
